A. Scott McCulloch, MBA, PhD

Scott is an expert in the use of the Projective Differential™, a unique assessment tool that uncovers attitudes towards and perceptions of assessed topics—within and between groups—that are ‘below the surface’ of conscious awareness, yet exert a powerful influence on the functioning of an organization.

Scott received his BA in Philosophy from The University of Toronto in 1989. After five years in bank management, he returned to school and completed his MBA at the Richard Ivey School of Business (formerly the Western Business School at the University of Western Ontario) in 1996. During his time in biz school, Scott became interested in the nature of consciousness, spirituality, and the further reaches of human development. Discovering the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, Scott decided to continue his formal education, with the intention of exploring how Transpersonal Psychology could contribute to research, business and his own personal development. Scott received his Masters in Transpersonal Psychology in 1999, and his Ph.D. in 2006, completing research on the topic of Spirituality and Business.
