Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology
Research focus used the Projective Differential to assess organization culture, particularly as related to spirituality. The Projective Differential is an assessment technique that taps into ‘right-brain’ processes to uncover unseen, implicit attitudes and perceptions that affect individual behavior and organizational culture.
Business and Leadership
MBA provided solid knowledge of business strategy development and analysis of complex business situations, and enhanced knowledge of organizational development, change management, and the importance of corporate culture. Banking experience developed skills in managing diverse client relationships, developing and delivering training, and managing the blending of diverse organizational cultures.

Reinvigorate doctoral students to reach their full creative potential in academic research through creative visualization, brainstorming, contextual analysis, conceptual modeling, self-leadership coaching, dream analysis, and cognitive psychology. Provide guidance on research project development, from refining the research question, to planning appropriate data collection and analysis. Services also include creating an online presence for researchers, including informational websites, online participant recruiting, and online data collection.
Trimergence; Mountain View, CA
Creative, Business Process & Technology Consultant (Sept. 1999 to Dec. 2006)
Trimergence is a small consulting company focusing on management leadership training and cultural change through the application of clinical psychology and proprietary models, and includes individual coaching as well as group seminars. Clients include Agilent Technologies, Kimpton Group, KMD Architects, Pixar, and Adobe.
Research & Development
Provided input into the creation of several seminars, including writing and editing content and creating presentation materials and assessments. Completed a detailed needs assessment including analysis and recommendations for image and branding, client services and service delivery, program development, sales operations, and administration and general operations.
Client Services
Researched and implemented a virtual meeting system for remote individual client sessions. Streamlined the client report writing process. Communicated with clients regarding assessment procedures, and provided technical support regarding website use.
Information Technology
Researched, implemented and managed all I.T. strategies, and trained and supported staff on all desktop and web technologies.
Website Creation & Management
Designed and created the initial business website, and managed all improvement, redevelopment, and content infrastructure for the site as it evolved, including custom application development.

Research Assistant (Sept. 2003 to June 2005)
Designed, created and managed an online assessments application for a large-scale, multi-year institutional research project, and provided training to other research assistants in the accessing of data and the use of the system.
Library Research Assistant (Sept. 2000 to June 2005)
Assisted students with the literature review phase of their doctoral research. Provided guidance to students and faculty in their use of the available technology (computer lab and presentation systems). Provided all training and technical support for the library’s Macintosh systems. Designed and created the first ITP Library website.
Toronto-Dominion Bank; Toronto, Canada
Sr. Account Manager (Aug. 1989 - Aug. 1994)
Managed the credit and investment portfolios for a large retail branch ($210MM in business volume) and the complete banking relationship with 50+ ‘high-value’ clients. Directed all lending related functions and “cleaned up” branch credit portfolio, resulting in significant improvements in internal audit ratings. Served as the primary resource for branch staff on all credit and investment issues and managed in-branch training for Account Manager Trainees and cross-training for branch Customer Service Representatives, including developing and delivering seminars for the mutual funds exam.
