We’ve begun producing some self-hypnosis soundtracks with the help of Arthur Hastings, PhD, who is scripting the sessions and is the voice on the soundtracks. Our intention is to provide self-hypnosis soundtracks for a variety of both targeted and general uses, including overcoming procrastination, breaking through writer’s block, tapping into your creativity, and so forth. The first few soundtracks we’ll be producing and making available will focus on issues commonly experienced by dissertation phase doctoral students and other researchers.
